Miels D'Anicet is an ethical Quebec company, producing healthy and natural raw honeys and body products.
The family farm is run by two formidable artisans of the land, honey lovers and beekeepers: Anicet Desrochers and Anne-Virginie Schmidt.
Anicet Desrochers is one of the few queen breeders in the country. In order to naturally reverse the high mortality rate of bees, he careful select the most rustic and suitable for their environment species. His expertise is known internationally.
Anne-Virginie Schmidt works honey to turn it into care products, sold under the name Mélia. She is also active in sensibilisation of the bee's role in the environment and development of the honey culture in Quebec.
This unique and authentic farm is located in a territory of the Hautes-Laurentides. The land is undulating, gifted with natural meadows, free from intensive agriculture. There is a grandiose flowering of cherry, cherry and dandelion in spring; linden, clover, vetches, raspberries, cruciferous and sweet clover in the summer; eupatorium, goldenrod and aster in autumn. This quality environment, synonymous with bees health, is perfectly adapted for the 1 200 hives of the Miels D'Anicet.
Their priority remained, remains and will always remain the respect and survival of the bee, unlike "standart" commercial honey.
Their range of products goes from raw honey to care products, with a respectful use of the richness of honey.
