Ok sooo trust me folks on my review, I suffer very bad c ptsd & very bad anxiety.. So my days get very over whelming, I've tried so many other products.. Nothing else seems to work up until I went to a local Herbel store here in my city.. They suggested I try this..It was abit pricey but it was definitely well worth the money!!! It's sooooo relaxing soaking in a hot bath with it, I'm very very very impressed! You will be pleased!!
