The essential oils contained in the mist will remain captive in the humidity droplets, in the steam produced by the shower water jet. Eucalyptus is said to have several benefits on the respiratory and immune systems, while lavender leads to relaxation.

How to use :
Spray the mist 3 to 4 times under the hot water shower stream. Take deep breaths. Repeat up to 3 times. Nordic Shower Mist is perfect for use in an evening shower ritual.
*This is not a room mist. The fragrance will not work well in a room that is not humid, without steam.
