Instructions for use :

1. In a saucepan, pour 375 ml of vegetable drink or milk over 1 1/2 tablespoons of herbal mixture. Heat over low heat while remembering the small joys of your day.

2. When the mixture starts to simmer, turn off the heat and let it steep for 5 to 10 minutes, during which time you should prepare the place where the latté will be enjoyed.

3. Strain, add 1/4 teaspoon of beet powder and stir.

4. Sweeten to taste and enjoy.

Can be consumed by children 4 years and older! Simply make half a serving.
