The Öko creations long menstrual pad is a perfect alternative to chemical disposable pads. Thanks to its composition in hemp, organic cotton and absorbent polyurethane, it is completely waterproof.
The 3 layers of hemp ensure excellent absorption for heavy flow during menstruation, for nighttime protection or for urine leakage.
It remains thin, comfortable and effective. Öko's long washable sanitary pads have 2 pairs of wings. These wings hold the pad in place with a snap that attaches under the underwear. The colorful patterns on the back of the pads are pretty and attractive!

Because the fibre is kept its natural colour, Öko Creations pads lower your risk of irritations (contact dermatitis), allergies (to irritant products) and thus infections (vaginitis) associated with dyes, caustic chemicals (used to make fabrics colourfast) and synthetic or non-organic fabrics.
