To put baby inside the t-shirt :

Support baby on your shoulder. Slide the opposite leg inside the cross panel and bring the foot out on the other side of the panel.
Pull up and extend the panel fabric to cover baby's bottom and back to below the knees. Swivel baby onto the other shoulder and do the same on the other side. BABY SHOULD BE SITTING ON THE BOTTOM OF THE "X".

Readjust the side panels then raise the headband over them, make sure the knees are well bent, the feet supported in the fabric of the headband. Slide the baby's head in a natural position in the neckline fabric fold (facing) without burying the nose.

You will find here the standard size chart as a guide. Obviously, your size may not be standard. The important measurement is the BUST. The rest is much less important since the garment is stretchy. If you are in doubt, it is preferable to take a smaller size since this garment must be well fitted. We can also refer to our bra size (current, not before your pregnancy):
